Skeletal, undead former mentor of Risky Boots and the former leader of the Tinkerbats. Considered the greatest threat to Sequin Land, it took the combined power of every last Guardian Genie to defeat him and seal his bones in a secluded grave. From the great beyond he swore revenge against Risky Boots for her act of betrayal and theft of his weapons/crew during his final battle against the Genies.
Much of Risky Boots' equipment and even the skull she wears to cover herself originally belonged to him.
