This tag should only be used when there is a difference between the content of the images. Images that differ only in resolution or compression level are duplicates, not revisions. Images that are part of deliberate set of variations are a variant set.
It also should not be used if the original non-revised image doesn't exist on Danbooru.
If a post was completely redrawn, use redrawn instead.
has bad revision (for when a revision is available, but it is inferior to the image already on Danbooru)
has censored revision (for when a revision is available, but has been censored, most likely due to the artist accidentally posting an uncensored version)
