The Ronso are a race of muscular, anthropomorphic feline humanoids from the world of Spira in Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2. The Ronso tribe lives at the base of Mt. Gagazet. The average Ronso is above 2 metres tall, although Kimahri Ronso (Yuna's guardian) is below average in Ronso height. All Ronso carry the unique "Lancet" ability, which allows them to copy certain special moves from enemies.
Kelk Ronso serves as the tribe's leader, for most of Final Fantasy X. Kelk Ronso was killed by Seymour Guado, along with many other Ronso, when the party climbs Mt. Gagazet. Eventually, Kimahri becomes the tribe leader.
