Troopers used by Shocker in their goal for world domination in the Kamen Rider franchise, appearing frequently in their Skull outfit during the original series. While commonly men, who can vary in style, there are unique outfits for women as well, as seen in Episode 3. After the introduction of Gel Shocker, they get replaced with the Gel Shocker Combatants.
After the original series, they also appear in the Kamen Rider DCD series and movies through Dai and Super Shocker, along with other media, such as the Let's Go! Kamen Riders, Kamen Rider Den-O: Pretty Den-O Appears! movies, Kamen Rider games, or some stageshows.
