The first season aired worldwide on September 17, 2021. The second season aired on December 26, 2024. The third season aired on June 27, 2025.
The story revolves around Seong Gi-hun, a debt-ridden gambling addict who was invited to the "Squid Game" tournament to play a series of children's games to win a huge amount of cash. He is taken to an unknown location along with 455 other people with financial issues. They later find out that the disqualified participants get killed, as well as face physical and psychological twists of the game itself.
