Taki Noboru is a character in Hibike! Euphonium. He is the director of Kitauji High School's concert band. He becomes director in the year Kumiko joins. Taki employs a strict teaching style, helping the band improve dramatically in the first year of his tenure.

Taki has short brown hair and blue eyes. He often wears a grey sweater and a white collared shirt when teaching, switching to a tuxedo when conducting at competitions.
