In 2022 the agency was rebranded as Liverary. In 2023 they were embroiled in controversy and all four VTubers quit. However the company continued to exist, fulfilling obligations from a previous crowdfunding campaign, until in December 2025 one of the former support staff debuted as a new VTuber and the rebrand was reversed.
