A Water/Dragon-type Paradox Pokémon, #1009 in the National Pokédex.
Resembles a prehistoric Suicune. Has a raptor-like body, a large purple mane, short arms, and two tails with spines. Its body is aqua with white accents, and it has red eyes and yellow sclerae.
