Also known as [b]kemonomimi[/b]. Use this tag for characters with animal ears, fake or not. Don't use it for costumes or hats with animal ears.¶

There are two areas where animal ears are usually placed. On top of the head and on the sides of the head (where a human's ears would be).¶
The first type is much easier to [[fake_animal_ears|accessorize]] but anatomically incorrect. The inverse is true for the second type. The first type is most likely to have [[extra_ears|extra human ears]]. For the second type, "extra ears" usually means a redundant accessory.¶
