A post that is part of an image set containing a base image and one or more alternate versions. Some part of the base image must remain unchanged (usually the character's pose).¶

Images in variant sets must contain intentional, significant changes made by the artist. The following do not count as part of a variant set:¶

* Compressed/uncompressed versions¶

Not to be confused with [[variations]], which are multiple variations within the [i]same[/i] image.¶
