nenaiko dare da
ねないこだれだ (Nenai ko Dare da - Who is the child not going to sleep?) is a picture book written by Sena Keiko.
It is also a name of a ghost written on the cover of the book.
In the story, the ghost kidnaps the child who is not going to sleep.
Later, the ghost became a popular meme character in futaba channel.
