This tag is more about the amount of overall objects, characters, or decorations in an image overall, thus "cluttering" the composition, rather than the amount of detail on a single object in particular.

This can include detailed absolutely everyone images, but it shouldn't include simple, non-cluttered character lineups such as post #7357113.
