She is an original Mahou Shoujo Taisen character created by kaekae as part of Mahou Shoujo Taisen Contest 1. It was one of 3 entries chosen for the top prize, which included 50,000 yen and the creation of a 3D model of the character.

Her voice actress is Arakawa Miho.
