As its name implies, it is basically normal Coca-Cola but with artificial sweetener(Aspartame and Acesulfame Potassium) instead of sugar (sucrose) or high-fructose corn syrup. Diet Coke, while also an earlier zero sugar variant of Coca Cola, uses Aspartame only as a sweetener.
