curry roux

Japanese-style instant curry roux, specifically to the solid form (whether as a block or as a bar) popularized in the 1950s by Bell Foods. This tag includes both the solid roux, as well as their packaging. Can also be used for 'retort curry', curry sauce packaged in a retort pouch, if the packaging is ambiguous.
