An antagonistic character from the manga and anime One Piece, also known under the moniker "Death God". He started out as a core member of Blackbeard's pirate crew and their doctor, and was later promoted to one of the Ten Titanic Captains in Blackbeard's fleet, captaining the ninth ship.

Being physically weak, he is often seen riding his horse named Stronger to get around (the poor animal isn't in a much better shape, but when push comes to shove, it is a valuable asset in battle).

At some point during the story or backstory, he ate the Shiku Shiku no Mi, granting him the superpower of creating diseases (one such disease turned men into women, which happened to Trafalgar Law in a fight against the Blackbeard Pirates.

One of his go-to weapons are explosives hidden in food such as apples.
