elis scarlet

A fan-made Touhou character from a currently lost fanwork called “Touhou Little Dreams” in which she was shipped with Lyrica Prismriver. Elis appears as a recolor of Flandre Scarlet who, despite her name, has seemingly nothing to do with Elis from Touhou 1.
