Main antagonist of Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 6. A chaplain of the Green Dolphin Street Prison, and loyal follower/ friend of DIO. He implements a plan long formulated by DIO to "achieve heaven" by framing Jolyne Cujoh for a crime she did not commit in order to lure out her father. His stand is (initially) Whitesnake and later C-Moon and Made in Heaven.
