She's a powerful Necromancer of the Underworld in Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?. Her power is so strong to the point that she wears special armor to keep her powers suppressed. Even when she speaks, it is still affected by magic (Ex: She says the word "Sleep", and anyone around her would fall asleep). To avoid this, she communicates with others through the notepad she has with her at all times.
