A hormonal imbalance disorder in men that notably results in real breast tissue growth.
Not to be confused with manboobs (adipomastia, sometimes called pseudogynecomastia, caused by fat accumulation) or actual womens' breasts on a male character, although the tag is sometimes used loosely for fetish purposes to describe just these things.
