The Hell Devil is a devil that embodies the fear of Hell.

The Hell Devil was summoned by Kishibe's 'Anti-Makima Squad' after six of the Devil Hunters comprising the squad had slit their throats, right after requesting for the Hell Devil to kill Makima and commend her to Hell.

Santa Claus used the ability of the Hell Devil by sacrificing one of her perfect dolls and three children to take everyone in the building to Hell, which resulted in a giant hand with six fingers emerging from the sky.
