hello kitty
A Sanrio franchise centered around Hello Kitty, a friendly white kitty with the head larger than her body, small button eyes and nose, but no mouth. She is said to be five apples tall and the weight of three apples.
She was created by Yuko Shimizu and developed by Sanrio into global advertising phenomenon worth billions of dollars. Hello Kitty is a staple of the kawaii segment of Japanese pop culture and is marketed to all ages.
