A device in the setting of Arknights.

An infection monitor's primary use is to detect Oripathy infection in an individual, and if an infection is confirmed, to track the progress of the disease. It also monitors a person's general health and well-being. As such it is used by both the infected and the uninfected, particularly those uninfected who are at high risk.

A variant called a Suppressor has additional functions for infected people that help control Originium Arts outbursts caused by Oripathy.

Monitors are manufactured by different companies in different styles. The ones sold by Rhodes Island and used by its staff and patients resemble black, solid bands with inlaid X-shaped blue lights. Their exact model and design is tailored to the wearer's needs, in general they take the form of an accessory or piece of jewelry, and are usually worn close to external oripathy lesions if those are present.
