One of the most troublesome members of the SCP Foundation, along with Dr. Alto Clef and Dr. Kondraki.
He's been under the effect of the SCP-963 after being killed while touching it - any person/animal/living thing that touches 963 is possessed by Bright's soul, effectively giving him immortality. He has at least two siblings. Bright's role in the overall SCP mythos eventually was given to Dr. Elias Shaw, and both were ultimately retooled into Dr. Lachlan Cairns.
