A Steel/Psychic-type Mythical Pokémon, #0385 in the National Pokédex.
A small, white Pokémon that can grant wishes. Has facial marks, black eyes, a third eye on its stomach, and is often drawn floating. The strips of paper on its head are based off of tanzaku.
