karius berlusconi
A character introduced in Tsukihime (Remake). He's a subordinate of Mario Gallo Bestino sent by the Holy Church to oversee events in Souya.
He was born in Italy. In his home country he is a judge likely serving as a Church plant in the legal system.
Karius is a tall man with long white hair and eyes that appear perpetually closed. He wears a grey longcoat over a grey pinstripe shirt, black tie, black dress pants, and maroon gloves. On his shirt lapel is fastened a silver pin in the shape of a coat of arms that incorporates a cross, which is also worn by his coworker.
