The first entry in the Love Live! franchise, a Japanese multimedia project co-developed by ASCII Media Works' Dengeki G's Magazine, music label Lantis, and animation studio Sunrise.
The series follows several girls from Otonokizaka High School who get together to form the idol group μ's (pronounced Muse), to attract new students to their school and prevent it from closing.
