needle (hollow knight)
A unique weapon wielded by Hornet from Hollow Knight. Forged from "hivesteel" by the Bees of Hallownest, it has a smoothly tapered blade and a ring attached to the base of the handle through which Hornet can thread her silk.
In the world of Hollow Knight, Nails and Pins are never referred to as being anything other than weapons. In contrast, Hornet's Needle is explicitly described as "a long sewing tool, uniquely balanced for combat".
In Hollow Knight: Silksong after Hornet gets the Needolin ability, she's able to use her needle to play melodies that have various effects depending on the environment.
