Nessa, known as Rurina (ルリナ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

This Gym Leader from Galar is also a popular model. She grew up playing with Water-type Pokémon thanks to her parents’ influence and is good friends with Sonia.

She has dark skin, aqua/blue eyes with eyeshadow, and long two-tone black and aqua hair with a bun. She wears earrings and an earclip, a necklace, an armlet, a belly chain, spats, a wristband, a glove, and white sandals.
