This includes situations where the person expels object directly with their internal muscles or directly pulls it with a string or hand.
Use this tag only when you are certain that the object is being ejected, not being inserted or kept inside.
Whether ejection is occurring can be determined by the hole is being pushed along with the inserted object, or by the internal muscles protruding the hole.
