NPC in Splatoon 2.

A young Octoling DJ for the band SashiMori. As he is not fully matured yet, he retains the fully colored skin of child octolings (in this case, red skin). His normal clothes consists of a black t-shirt and white shorts. He also wears a red beanie with the logo of Dedf1sh on it, indicating he's a fan.

In Splatoon 3, which takes place 7 years after the events of Splatoon 2, he appears much older.
