power suit

A Power Suit is an exoskeletal mecha suit worn to protect users from hazardous conditions and environments and enhance their abilities. Most of them don't cover the user entirely with armor like a power armor does.

Not to be confused with the power suit (metroid), which is power armor donned by Samus Aran from the Metroid series and often isn't tagged as a power suit.
