One of the nine playable characters of Tales of Symphonia. Regal was a rich, intelligent young man, and president of the Lezarano Company. But after being forced to kill his fiancee, the despair-ridden Regal convicted himself. When Lloyd and his party help him tie up this haunting loose end, he joins the party to defeat the ones who tore him apart for his departed love. His shackles are a memento of his past.
He's also an accomplished chef.
