Secondary character from Dark Souls II. You find her petrified near the switch leading to the Shaded Woods, and must use a Fragrant Branch of Yore to release her. From there, she will move to Majula and sell pyromancies while upgrading your pyromancy glove.

As a side note, she also asks for armor sets you don't use anymore to wear; most players will give her the Desert Sorceress Set.
