An anthropomorphic depiction of the nation of MA Sceleria from the video game series Dominions. The nation is one of several in the game inspired by the Roman Empire, so the personified figure is based on the Roman lictors. Unlike the lictors, the battle axe carried by Sceleria-chan is not so ceremonial.
