A gambling machine used in casinos to play games of chance.
A slot machine usually features a screen displaying three or more reels that spin when a lever is pulled or a button is pressed. When a winning combination is found, usually 777, the player wins a jackpot of money.
Not to be confused with a pachinko machine, which is a similar game of chance but that involves pinball-like pachinko balls.
