sparkle (honkai: star rail)

Playable character in Honkai: Star Rail and in Honkai Impact 3rd (via crossover event). A Masked Fool and known as Hanabi, voiced by Ueda Reina (JP) and Lizzie Freeman (EN).

She is portrayed with long black hair tied into twintails, pink eyes with butterfly-shaped pupils, small/medium breasts, and facial marks under her eyes. Her default outfit is Japanese-themed and comprises a black choker with a jingle bell, red dress with detached sleeves, dark purple obi, black gloves, red sandals, and a fox mask.
