Miles 'Spider' Socorro is a character in James Cameron's Avatar played by Jackson Champion. Introduced in Avatar: The Way of Water, he is the adopted human son of Jake Sully and Neytiri who raised him after the RDA Corporation were forced to leave Pandora but left their children including babies behind due to the cryo sleep technology used during long space travels not compatible with young children.

Spider's real father is later revealed to be Miles Quaritch and meets his father's Avatar clone.
