star man (mega man)
First appearing in Mega Man 5 for the NES, Star Man is the 37th robot created by Dr. Wily for space exploration. His hobby is watching operas and can be delusional at times.
He is portrayed as flamboyant often in fan works and in the Rockman Gigamix Manga.
