A road roller is a machine with heavy wide smooth rollers for compacting roadbeds. A steamroller is a road roller powered by a steam engine, but the word is often used for all road rollers regardless of power source.

Famously associated with Dio Brando of JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken (road roller da!) and Vocaloids Kagamine Rin and Len (Ore no Road Roller da!).
