A military camouflage pattern developed in East Germany. It was adopted by the Nationale Volksarmee in 1965, used until 1990. The name is a German word for "line camouflage". The pattern consists of broken vertical red-brown lines on a grey-green field, which was also known as the raindrop pattern.
