A fan-made project created by Niikyouzou, depicting an alternate Gensokyo where it's an apartment complex, with Reimu Hakurei as the landlady. It includes a PV video, 3 manga volumes, and an anime opening-esque video.
As of today, the project is on indefinite hold.
