The main heroine of Wild Arms 3, and the only female member of her team of Drifters. Her companions are Jet Enduro, Clive Winslett, and Gallows Carradine. Virginia starts off as an immature but free-spirited Drifter who left her hometown for two reasons: to find her missing father Werner Maxwell, and to seek justice in Filgaia's desolate wilderness. She gains several enemies such as Janus Cascade, the Three Prophets, and more, as well as a rival-turned-ally in Maya Schrodinger. With these experiences, Virginia matures into a capable leader and Drifter.

Virginia shares her surname with Calamity Jane Maxwell (from the original Wild Arms) and like her wields dual pistols; despite this, the two characters are not related in any way.
