xf5u
The Vought XF5U was an American prototype propeller fighter designed during World War II. It never reached production before being cancelled in 1947. Notable for its peculiar flat, disc-like shape (giving it the nickname "flying pancake") and sturdy construction (when the prototype was dismantled they had to use a wrecking ball to do so).
