I hear all sort of stuff, but the Hayabusa movie was really fun in its own way, okay? Although I have to hesitate when I'm asked if I can recommend it! :-) That reminds me, I need to buy Orange Jelly-san 's Hayabusa-san book. (´ヮ`)

Only reason I know of the Hayabusa is because of it's moefication story somewhere here on Danbooru. It was being made as new developments came in so I would have to wait until something new happened in order for a new strip to appear. Saddened me to turn my television on one day and see footage of the Hayabusa burning up during atmospheric reentry.
