I don't think this is a mirror. Mirrors only flip things back to front, this also flips left to right (bow, leading foot, question marks, wings have all swapped sides)... meaning that Remi is seeing herself as others would see her, not as a mirror image of herself. Which suggests that this is a camera image.

Technically, a vampire would show up on any modern mirror. The thing on the reflections was that mirrors used to be made with only the purest of silver, and, as we all know, Silver does not bode well for Vampires. Now mirrors are made using metalics or plastics (plus the usual glass), thus Vampires now have been exposed to vanity. The Ribbon can be explained away as there actually are mirrors designed to do this, but the question marks... Well, rule of funny.
