I think it's just meant to be a comedic artistic shortcut for the actual Eirin this time around.

nah i think the yagokoro never spoke, it was all yorihime's talk if you examine the scene a bit more closely.

I forget how many strips back it was, but the Yagokoro is actually Eirin's osa-yukkuri I'm pretty sure. This is its second or third appearance or so, I believe.
