She never made it to Gensokyo, or maybe there is no Gensokyo. Perhaps this is in the KKHTM universe, and she got caught after murdering all those bullies. What I keep feeling is, this is a prison or asylum in the outside world, and Sanae is utterly delusional, thinking herself a goddess.
