We seem to have a serious problem here. Someone put this in the "good work, Yukari" pool instead of the 'God Damn It, Yukari" pool. Can someone correct this grave error please?

Yeah, I would have to say it's a "God Damn it, Yukari" cuz the main theme of this story is in the perspective of Meiling and the SDM group. Meiling was just badly hurt and her Mistress had just found her attacker. And just now her (justified) revenge was just thwarted by unfair means. At least in this perspective.

Perspective? The perspective jumps around all the time. Justified? Someone beating up your friend does not mean you can just kill them. Unfair? Cry me a river.

Just put it in both.

As stated before it depends on how your perspective whether she did good or not by who you'r rooting for, though admittedly a lot of the god damn it pool is more of her trolling than something as serious as this.

I seriously question the "perspective" of the people who want this in the "God Damn It, Yukari!" Pool.

Meiling and Remilia are going around ambushing people and youkai (even if Meiling is being 'gentle' about it), kidnapping some of the stronger youkai so they can be smacked around for Flandre's entertainment, and when Ran asked Meiling nicely to knock it off, Meiling told her "No", thus forcing Ran to kick Meiling's butt. Keep in mind, Ran could have finished Meiling off, but spared her by at least allowing her the chance to survive, contrary to Yukari's orders.

In other words, the Scarlet Devil Mansion crew are the new neighbors who are rasining hell, because they think they can get away with it, only to learn the hard way that they are not the biggest fish in this particular pond. Personally, even if this story centers around them, I would look forward to Yukari stomping them into the ground.

This is the story of Gensokyo. It works because everyone plays by the rules, and when someone or someones refuse to play by the rules, it becomes an incident and said someones need to get their butts kicked... usually by the resident shrine maiden, but it seems Yukari wanted to spare Reimu (or her predecessor) some effort this time around.

First time seeing two things so different in a same place. I mean "Good work Yukari" pool and "God damn it Yukari" pool. Other than the Yin and Yang fishes of course.

Well, Ran did try to kill Meiling - indeed, she thought she *had* killed her. I'd say she went a bit farther than just "beating up" someone.
