That's exactly the one I was talking about.

Basically, the argument is that a breast is like a curve, a circle, usually. If we "connect" the who circle together, the flat chest has actually a larger circle, because its curve is more gradual.

This is, of course, stupid. They're smaller. Period.

Couldn't this be considered reverse breast envy or something? Since miss Meiling feels so left out for having the bigger, and thus "lesser" breasts.

Yeah, this sounds like either weak justification for the flat-chest fetish, or a ridicule of it.
